The Haller Plan

Some of you questioned the diet I wrote about a few weeks ago. Well, the early results are in. I went to the doctor this morning, and I have lost 16 pounds in the last six weeks.

Blood Pressure is where it is supposed to be now.

3 lbs a week -- glad to see you have not converted to kilos -- is quite substantial.

by the time pesach comes around you should be somewhere in the acceptable range.
and then the hard work starts.

i cannot believe that despite your age and lifestyle (not that theres anything wrong with that) you had high bp.

shameful!
