Veevs Believes...7

I believe that the lowest form of food items sent in Mishloach Manot is loose candy. People, if the candy is shaking around in the bottom of your container, I know you touched it! There are fingerprints on it! Probably even your snotty, cootie children touched it! And it's going right in the garbage!!

Please, do us all a favor. Send wrapped candy next year...

P.S. Kudos to the soup and roll senders.

And loose hamantaschen are OK? Why are they any different than unwrapped candy?

Yet...everyone sends them. Are there less germs on it?

Probably even more germs than on loose, unwrapped candy.

Its beena while since we had a veevs believes.

Doesn't loose candy have a wrapper on it? Or do you mean mike and ikes without a box?

Maybe people just shook the box and didn't touch the candy.

AirTime: No one shakes the box into the mishloach manot...its always a grab a fistfull and throw it in sort of action.

Germs, Germs, Germs.

I didnt get any soup and rolls, but I'm pretty sure the best mishloach manot I recieved was the small tin of chulent and small tin of potato kugel.

This is pretty heavy criticism from the people who gave the grossest shalach monos ever.

My wife's best mishloach manos was the salad. Economical and practical.
