Looking for an MS Word expert

Does anyone know how to use sections to create different headers and footers within a document. I have tried it over and over again, following the directions online and those built into Word. Sometimes it works, sometimes is doesn't. I am using Word 2003.

Thanks for the help.

It has something to do with sections. I stumbled on this and couldn't replicate my results at a different time. Let me know if you get it, but I'll fiddle around with Word tomorrow.

I absolutely hate using MS Word.

Thanks to Shoshana for the help. Her email opened my eyes to a button that says same as previous on the headers/footers menu.
