Survived
Well, we survived the sleepover party. Only three of the four kids showed up, which made it easier, I think, as there was more room on the floor for the kids and their sleeping bag. They ate pizza, played with toys, watched Monsters Inc. and went to bed at about 10.
They were finally quiet and asleep by 11:30, and were all gone by 9 this morning.

how'd they like the porn?
Well, what kind of porn is Monsters Inc.?Was it any good?:)
It mjst be funny porn, because they were laughing hysterically
Ohh, I'd better get my kids to stop watching it then. My five-year-old LOVES Monsters, Inc. Now I know why. (and now I know why my hubby watches it with them!)
Glad it went well. I worried there for a bit when you didn't post this a.m. Thought maybe they'd tied you and your wife up and were foraging through the house for "the good snacks"!
Say, you wanna host my daughter and her eight-year-old friends for a sleepover in a couple of weeks for her b'day...you did such a fine job with your own child.

I can't imagine hosting a sleepover with 8-year-old girls. They seem much more complicated.
We're lucky--she only wants 3 girls. She went to a sleepover b'day party last weekend that ran from 6:30 p.m. on Sunday to 11:00 a.m. Monday (long weekend here). There were 16 girls in attendance!!??
About 5 hours later that Monday, most, if not all of those girls, converged on another party-goer for her two-hour b'day party.
Talk about 8-year-old social butterflies...
My oldest went to a sleepover when he was six or seven that had about twenty kids at it, and included a bon fire, roasting marshmallows, movies and a pinata with candy.
But I would go nuts with that many kids around.
Keep up the good work »
